We finished making our rings last night. It was way easier than we thought it would be and I highly recommend it. Tosca at nanopod was very helpful and also left us alone to do our own thing when we needed to. I wish we could say we came up with the design on our own, but we borrowed it from a couple who had made previously made their rings at the studio. Anyways, both Steve and I are really happy with the result and are thrilled to have avoided another wedding related shopping expedition. Also, according to this story in the Globe & Mail, making your own rings and getting married on the island is what all the cool kids are doing. Good to know we're keeping up with the trends (I swear we made these decisions before this article came out).
